1. Hassle-Free Exchange & Return Policy

We are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience. We only offer one-time return or exchange within 7 days from the delivery date. Refunds are initiated within 5 days after the return items are picked up and undergo quality checks.

Please note that embroidered and printed items are non-eligible for returns or exchanges.Additionally, please note that sale items are final and non-eligible for returns.

2. Prepaid Orders

For prepaid orders, a reverse shipment fee of FLAT ₹100 per order will be deducted. This deduction applies only to returns, not exchanges.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD (Cash on Delivery). Please note that COD handling charges paid at the time of placing the order are non-refundable.

4. Processing Exchanges

An exchange order will be initiated once the old order is picked up.

If our reverse pickup service is not available at your location, we request you to self-ship the product via any reliable courier service. We will ship the exchange product to you after the items are delivered to our warehouse. (Warehouse address provided on request).

Reverse shipping charges will be reimbursed up to Rs. 150 if the pincode is non-serviceable. (ensure to share the invoice and supporting documents with the support team)

5. Processing Returns

After the items are picked up, they undergo quality checks.

Refunds are initiated within 5 days after quality checks are completed.

If our reverse pickup service is not available at your location, we request you to self-ship the product via any reliable courier service. We will process your refund after the items are delivered to our warehouse. (Warehouse address to be provided upon request).
